Berkshire Builders was founded in 1987 by Peter Osborne. He saw a need in residential construction for a company that provided more than the usual "Design-Build". The company would also help customers with budgets, contracts, and technical assistance. Quality, service and communications would be paramount.

Adhering to those goals, Berkshire Builders constructed many custom timber framed and conventionally framed homes. We quickly developed a preference for Timberpeg homes over other companies that we erected frames for. When offered the opportunity to become the Independent Representative for Timberpeg in this area, we knew that we would be working with the best anywhere.

This relationship combines the precision joinery and creative design capabilities of Timberpeg with our budgeting, preliminary design, and quality building capabilities.
