This home was originally built as a conventionally framed house in 1978. In 2001 it underwent a major reconstruction with the removal of bearing partition walls, most of the roof structure, and some exterior walls.

Much of the house is now fully post and beam, some is hybrid, and some remains conventionally framed.

The result is a dramatic example of the flexibility and creativity of the Berkshire Builders and Timberpeg team!
