Directions; From Ellicottville, NY - Proceed west on Rt 242 past Holimont Ski Area all the way to the top of the hill. At the top, bear right onto Windsor Rd. Take an immediate right onto Woodard Rd. Go approximately 1/2 mile to the ranch gate (Large poles with an upper crossbar) on the right. Go through the gate to the 1st house on the right.

 

Keuka Lake Open House

This new vacation home is nearing completion. It features an expansive view to the south of Keuka Lake It is near the State Park, the Esperanza Maid tour boat and many of the Keuka wineries. Built on a steep slope, a 10' insulated concrete form foundation was used for both strength and to provide additional living space. Views of the lake are exceptional from every room.

Make it a day to see a new Timberpeg home, to enjoy the foliage at its peak, and to stop at the wineries.

Directions - From Penn Yan, NY; Take Rt 54A south towards Branchport for approximately 8 miles. Esperanza Drive is on the left (South) just after the turn to the State Park and immediately before the scenic overlook. Parking is not available at the house but close by on Esperanza Dr. Please park to the side of Esperanza Dr. between Rt. 54A and the mailboxes. Signs will mark the short walk to the house from the mailboxes (Under 200 yards). Please be aware that on the walk back, the 1st 75 yards is up a fairly steep drive. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
